How does early adopter pricing work?
Early adopters lock in $99/month for their first 12 months on the Starter or Growth plan. After 12 months you move to the published rate for your plan, with 60 days notice before any future price change. Start your free trial like normal, then email jeff@seminarev.com before your trial ends and the early adopter rate is applied to your account. Early adopters also get a direct line to the founder and first say on the roadmap. This is a limited-time offer while we grow.
What happens if I hit my text or email limit?
Nothing breaks. Confirmations and reminders to your registered attendees always send, no matter what. Marketing sends (broadcasts and drip campaigns) pause safely in your queue, and you can release them instantly by buying a block or waiting for your monthly reset. You'll get a heads-up email at 80% so it never sneaks up on you.
What counts as a text segment?
Carriers split text messages into 160-character segments, so a 300-character message counts as two. Most seminar reminders fit in one segment. SeminarEV shows you the segment count as you write templates so there are no surprises.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, and nothing gets deleted: your contacts, seminar history, campaigns, and analytics all stay exactly as they are.
How does texting get set up?
You get a dedicated local texting number for your practice. US carriers require business registration (called 10DLC) before high-volume texting, and we handle that filing for you during onboarding. Registered numbers get better delivery rates and higher sending limits than unregistered ones.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual plans are coming. For now everything is month to month, which means you can cancel anytime and you're never locked in.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. Your data lives in its own isolated workspace, encrypted in transit, with nightly backups plus offsite copies. Contacts who opt out of texts or emails are suppressed automatically across every campaign.
